Horseshoe Trails has had another fantastic year in 2013. Thank you to all Horseshoe Trails owners and our Board of Directors for making it possible! It's hard to believe that the Fall/Winter of 2013 has come and gone but we are sure glad with all the cold weather we have had this winter.
We look forward to a very successful year in 2014 with lots of fun and great camping for all of our owners! We have lots of fun activities planned for the upcoming summer here at Horseshoe Trails!
Renovation of the bath house, playground, improvements to the tent sites and the addition of (3) more sites added for 50 amp service are the projects for 2014. These will be completed by March 15th, 2014. Weather permitting. We hope you enjoy the improvements we have made to your park!
The annual meeting will be March 22, 2014. All owners will be receiving a proxy and voting form in the mail in case you are unable to attend the meeting. Please fill the proxy out and mail it back to Horseshoe Trails so your voice may be heard!
We would like to thank the Board of Directors for all they did in 2013 to make Horseshoe Trails a beautiful campground and for a very successful year! Your Board of Directors volunteer a lot of their time in meetings and planning for the year! Board members do not receive any compensation for their time on the board. Your vision and guidance are the reasons Horseshoe Trails is a beautiful campground!
One of our goals for the past 5 years was to pay the office loan off. We finally have the office loan paid off as of December 27th, 2013!!
We want to thank all the workampers we had in 2013!! All of you did a great job for Horseshoe Trails and we appreciate it very much! Without your help Horseshoe Trails would not be as beautiful as it is!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! We hope you took the opportunity to see the lighting display in the resort over the holidays! The lights were beautiful! We would like to thank owners Jay & Sara Guest for their contribution of the nativity scene that Horseshoe Trails was able to display. We appreciate it very much!!
All RV Rentals are closed for the winter!! Winter rates for cabins are as follows:
Large Cabins that sleep 6 with a two night minimum are $65.00 per night.
Small Cabins that sleep 4 with a two night minimum are $45.00 per night.
Winter rates apply until March 31, 2014.

Tentative date for the Annual Board Meeting will be March 22, 2014.
Maintenance Fees 2014 were due January 1, 2014. Any payments received after January 15, 2014 will acquire a 10% late fee.

August has arrived and with that the start of a new school year! We hope that all of you going back to school or college have had an awesome summer!

We would like to welcome Andy & Jennifer Schneider to our Workamper family. All of our workampers do an awesome job of keeping Horseshoe Trails in top notch shape.

Georgia Moonshine CruizIn at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds will be August 8th-10th, 2013.
Fireworks will be displayed in Helen, Ga. on August 17th. Helebration will be going on due to the city of Helen celebrating it's 100th birthday! There will also be a Bike Rally during the week end.
