WHAT DOES OWNERSHIP IN HORSESHOE TRAILS MEAN?

• Owners are entitled to fourteen (14) nights of camping each month
• When Owners bring their own RV unit into the campground and use the full hookup sites which include cable TV or reserve a tent site, there is no nightly fee for up to 14 nights
• Owners may rent one of the 10 rental RV's at the rate of $30.00 per night (2 night minimum) 1 Large Cabin w/o fireplace at the rate of $65.00 per night (2 night minimum) 2 Large Cabins w/fireplace at the rate of $75.00 per night 3 Small Cabins at the rate of $55.00 per night. Linens are not provided ! All units are 2 night minimum !!!
• Owners are allowed to bring friends and family members as guests. (Guest rates apply)
• RV Clubs and Groups are welcome in Horseshoe Trails.
• As an owner in Horseshoe Trails, you are also a member of the Mountain Lakes Club.  A laminated Mountain Lakes Club card allows the use of all club ammenities, such as: pools, boats, clubhouse, Mini Golf, etc.  For more information about Mountain Lakes, click HERE.
• A deeded owner receives a Warranty Deed, recorded in White County, Georgia

" DEED SPECIAL " DEEDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR $500

There is a one-time cost of $500 for the purchase of the deed.  The yearly maintenance fees to Horseshoe Trails and club dues to Mountain Lakes Club are pro-rated for the current year.  Everything will be handled for you, including your deedwork and recording of the Warranty Deed at the White County Courthouse. ($175.00 charge for the deedwork)
